The Fast Trax Program was designed for individuals looking for the guidance and motivation of a personal trainer at an affordable price. It is your roadmap to fitness with supervision from our training staff. You will start the journey with a complete fitness assessment and goals consultation with one of our trainers. It is important to determine where you are and where you want to be. To track progress, we will re access each month and move you through a 36 phased program at your individual level. You will complement your training program with a customized menu plan. Fast Trax will not only help you reach your goals but also educate you on how to train your body, track your progress and success, phases your fitness, learn the best training techniques, gain confidence, and much much more.
The best compliment to any exercise program is proper nutrition and for most of us, this is the hardest part. For some we have no idea how many calories we need and for others we know exactly what we need but cannot seem to follow the plan. Where ever you may fall, PROMATx is here to help. Our nutritional coaching program was designed to educate you on exactly what you need based on current lifestyle and energy requirements as well as motivate you and work through the obstacles that keep you from the success you want to achieve. It is about teaching you portion control, balance, and moderation compensation. We will keep you accountable by weekly meetings and track your progress through weight, circumference measurements, and body fat testing.

April Crosby has a Masters in Exercise Science, extensive training in injury prevention, and chronic disease management. She helps clients on a daily basis to improve their quality of life and maintain a positive outlook while going through training.
