Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Determination! A mix of cardio, strength, plyometrics and body weight training are combined in this high energy, calorie burning, total body workout that continually focuses on the core. Be prepared to sweat!

Bodies In Motion
Circuit training at its finest!  Join the class in performing intervals at various stations using a variety of equipment from body weight and dumbbells to medicine balls and stability balls.  Come together as a group halfway through for cardio then finish the circuit.  Total body training that takes away the question...what do I do next?

Fantastic Functional Five
Functional exercises for strength, balance, flexibility, muscle control, and core stability using ones own body weight, light dumbbells, stability balls and tubing for assistance.

Advanced Step
This classic low impact, high energy step class involves basic moves and patterns. Add in innovative choreography and combine it with both power and optional moves and you have the best step training!

Strength Conditioning

One hour of pure strength.  Be prepared to condition your muscles into finely-tuned machines.  All levels welcome as modifications to each exercise are provided.  Bring your will-power and bring your dedication.  Use a variety of equipment for a "never boring" workout!!
